Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you to open it and check to make sure whether the items meet your requirement.
Returns & Exchanges Precondition
1. The product is in its original packaging;
2. The product hasn’t been used or damaged;
3. The product has no peculiar smell or perfume;
4. All returns must be made within 30 days after buyer received the parcel.
If the size, color, or pattern doesn’t fit, we are glad to exchange as long as the item is in stock.
1. Products which are not in the original packaging, or which have been used or damaged, cannot be refunded.
2. A return tracking number will be required for a safe delivery and standard shipping will be recommended.
3. Refund will be made through the same payment method that buyer used to pay originally.
4. We do not accept return without reason or communication.
1. If you want to exchange or return the product, please contact our customer service through email [email protected] to submit return request;
2. Once our customer service team confirmed your exchange or return request with email, please pack your item up and put the printed order information inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click My Order, select the correct order number, and print it out);
3. Take down the return parcel tracking number and send it to our service team via email.
4. After we receive the return parcel and verify everything intact, we will process to exchange or refund to you.
Please notice that it takes 10 to 25 business days for package in transit, and an additional 2 to 5 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the payment is submitted, and buyers can get a full refund.
If order which is paid over 24 hours but not shipped out need to be cancelled, we will deduct 15% from the payment amount as processing fee.
If order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Buyers can submit exchange or refund request.

If customers didn't pay the freight when purchasing, the return freight should be born by the customers. If customers paid the freight when purchasing, the return freight should be born by the seller. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
