Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you to open it and check to make sure whether the items meet your requirement. Before the return, please don't remove the tag and keep it in new and unused condition as original.
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
1. The product is in its original packaging;
2. The product hasn’t been used or damaged;
3. All returns must be made within 30 days after buyer received it;
4. Buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee and the import taxes caused by the returned parcel;
5. Refund will be made through the same payment method that buyer used to pay originally.

2. Once our customer service team confirmed your exchange or return request with email, please pack your item up and put the printed order information inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click My Order, select the correct order number, and print it out);
3. Take down the return parcel tracking number and send it to our service team.
Please notice that it takes 10 to 25 business days for package in transit, and an additional 2 to 5 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed.
