1. How do I register?

Click "Register" at the top right corner of our website. You can register with your email address or easily sign in with your Facebook or Google+ account.

2. What should I do if I forgot password?

Click "Forgot Password" at the sign in page, fill in your registered email and then we’ll send an email to your registered email box for you to reset your password easily.

3. What can I do if I have questions before placing an order?

4. How can I choose the size?

We offer a specific size chart for every product on product page. Please measure carefully before purchasing.

5. How can I use a coupon?

On the Shopping Cart page, you’ll see the option to apply coupon code. 

6. Do I need to pay additional fee for my order?

We do not charge any additional fee. But in some countries, the Customs offices charge tax on certain types of imported products at certain item quantities and declared values. If your country does, you may need to pay for the import tax. 

7. Can I change my order shipping address?

Yes, before it’s shipped, you can change it by sending us an email at [email protected]

8. How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account, click “My Order”, and then you can check the status of all your orders.

9. How long is the processing time? When will my item(s) take for delivery?

In average, the order will be shipped within 2-5 business days after being paid and you’ll receive an email with tracking conformation of the shipment. In case of any questions and unexpected delay, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

10. How can I track my package?

You can see the whole process of your order in “My Account”.
• Sign in and go to “My Account”.
• Click “My Order”, choose the correct order number, and you’ll see the shipping courier and tracking number.
• Use the tracking number to trace on shipping courier’s website.
